Approach the Frigate event on Pendola Pass with an exit plan, not just a full magazine. If you are pursuing valuable technology or expanding your collection of ARC Raiders BluePrints, make survival the priority: decide what you want from the encounter and how much equipment you are willing to spend getting it.
Treat this as a controlled operation rather than an invitation to shoot everything in sight. Before committing, agree on a retreat signal, check your supplies, and choose where the squad will regroup if the approach becomes unsafe.
Choose Your Position Before Opening Fire
Look for a fighting position with solid cover and more than one way out. Avoid starting from somewhere that requires crossing exposed ground whenever you need to heal or reposition. Take a moment to inspect the route behind you, too.
Keep enough space between teammates to move freely without losing mutual support. If your chosen position feels cramped or offers poor visibility, relocate before spending ammunition. A slightly slower approach is preferable to discovering your escape problem halfway through the fight.
Set a Spending Limit for the Encounter
Separate your event supplies from your extraction reserve. Keep ammunition and healing resources available for the journey out rather than treating everything in your inventory as fuel for the current objective. Make that reserve a firm stopping point.
Reassess after each meaningful stretch of combat. Ask whether your progress justifies the resources already spent and whether you can still leave safely. Do not continue simply because you have invested heavily; previous expenditure is not a reason to risk the rest of your loadout.
Give Someone Responsibility for the Surroundings
Assign roles before the first shot. Have one teammate concentrate on the ARC threat while another checks nearby approaches and keeps track of the withdrawal route. In a larger squad, give a third player responsibility for supporting whichever position needs help.
Plan for other Raiders to investigate the fighting. The lookout should report movement clearly, including direction and distance when possible, rather than calling for everyone to turn around. If another group approaches, pause and assess instead of trying to manage two engagements at once.
Leave While the Run Still Has Value
Decide what counts as success before entering: securing a particular reward, making useful progress, or returning with your equipment intact. Once that goal is met, resist extending the encounter for an uncertain extra payout.
Before leaving, reload, check your supplies, and confirm that everyone knows the route. Move together without crowding the same cover, and avoid unnecessary detours.
Whether you collect rewards through raids or choose to buy ARC Raiders Bps as part of your progression plans, keep the same priority on Pendola Pass: protect the run, spend deliberately, and leave before ambition outweighs your remaining options.
